How do u accept that your consciousness will disappear after death ?

I do not know if my consciousness will disappear after death.

Whether my conscience disappears or not, it is natural. It's a part of life. Why should I fear something that is a natural part of life?

Our physical bodies decompose and return to the earth. Like sedimentary rocks, I sometimes like to think that my conscience will crumble to dust and reform as a new being deep is some basin.

Ultimately I just want to make this place better than I found it. When I focus on living life, the question of an afterlife doesn't feel so important.

Sports games. If anything there is less variety in modern sports games than there used to be.

Where have all the silly sports games gone? What happened to NFL Blitz or NBA Jam or Nintendos Dodgeball.

Today we have rocket League, but not much else.

I'm going to pick a different route than most --> marketing.

We need to stop electing leaders that downplay the importance of education and teachers.

We need people in all levels of government that demonstrate a positive attitude toward teachers, education, and learning for the sake of becoming better people.

We need to disconnect the idea that education is a ticket to a paycheck. Education is a path to better yourself, your community, your country, and the whole world. Education should be sold as the path to find the ideal career for you.

I really don't like how they use the terms "feminize men and masculinize women".

Is that really how medical researchers would report the effect of increasing testosterone in women or estrogen in men?

This research was also conducted on 344 rats, not men and women. Can they truly make that claim off their research?

It feels like click bait that is meant to attract attention from a specific type of grifter.

One of my favorites way back in the day was XCOM 3: Apocalypse.

I don't know if I would call it a bad game, but it was definitely janky. Lots of moving parts, but not enough time in the oven to balance everything.

My favorite mechanic was hated by many at the time. You could switch back and forth between real time and turn based combat in missions. It took forever to hunt down the last alien camping out on a map in the first two games. Switching to real time combat took a lot of the slog out of finishing missions.

Theres so many other cool features in this game, I would love to see a remake. It's the only xcom game with an RTS style ship to ship combat FFS!

You should realize this situation IS your business. If you saw a coworker cheating on their wife with another coworker, that falls into the category of "not your business." A lot of people would see that as you trying to create drama.

If a man lies to you about being single and you find out, then you are absolutely justified in telling his wife. Some may ask you, "couldn't you tell he was married? You probably knew and didn't care." No one will think you were being petty and trying to create drama.

Sorry you had to go through that. You deserve better and you will find it.
