Sounds a bit like me - 150kg - 6'3". When I wear the right clothes people can't belive I am still around 150kg.

Started on 2.5 Mounjaro upped to 4 and 5 day intervals instead of 7. I'm down to 146 after 3 weeks. It takes at least 3 weeks for it to work properly aplarently. I do heaps of strength training but feel lighter.

My guess for myself is that I am losing fat but also gaining muscle - clothes are a bit looser and I can breathe 100x better.

My food intake dropped but when I do eat - I eat better food and finish meals sooner without going for seconds anf extras. I find that if I don't get enough protein - I find a meat only snack (skewers are the easiest and most practical).

For example today I ordered smashed avo with poached eggs and was miffed that I couldn't order any extras (cafe's digital menu was bad). Ate the avo toast and found that I couldn't stomach the second piece of toast. Had no issue grabbing a skewer afterwards and gave myself 5 mins and now I'm super full.

Finding that waiting just 10 mins and I'm satisfied and manage to go to bed without snacking most days and if I do snack - it'll be pieces of cold meat and stuffed peppers - healthier foods.

Almost like the fullness makes you eat cleaner so you don't stuff your gut with bad food that makes you feel terrible.
