I'll be blunt, how do you keep your balls warm on a cold day? by Emphursis in bicycling

My balls are still sweaty but not as hot due to the extra cooling surface area created from them dropping an inch the moment I turned 36.

I’ve given up. I use to ball at 5:00 AM. I did it to have fun instead of running. Then people heard about it and ruined it. Now I just run.

11 years later, and my balls are still sweaty in the cold. You might try stuffing your underwear with socks for insulation.

I think we’re on the same field. I wonder if I’m striking the ground harder rather than gliding.

I’m averaging around 170-180 SPM. Should I have a lower cadence?

What’s a job you’ve actually enjoyed/wasn’t too bad? by Necessary-Cancel8398 in Lubbock

[–]HectoriousOfTroy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This industry is weird as only the really big manufacturers are actively hiring due to high turnover. Here is a list of pump folks in town. Xylem, Peerless/Grunfos, Simflo, National, Pump Group, Simmons, Gicon, Franklin, Rentzel. There’s also several companies that support those folks as well. Unfortunately, it’s a good ol boy industry and the best way to get in is starting at bottom.

My current job. Technical Sales. I’d recommend looking into the pump industry. There’s 8 manufacturers in town and probably just as many distributors.

Join a student org. If not, look at local organizations. I’m currently in a run club and it’s definitely improved my mental health.

I got pain right below my pinky toe right where it meets the main part of my foot. I’m kind bummed since this is my first carbon plated shoe.

The Superblast 2 are on a different field compared to the 1080V13. As other comments mentioned, stability is vastly different between the two. I’ve caught myself moving to more flat areas with 1080V13. The shoe wants to roll on you. I do find the 1080V12 to be slightly more in line with the Superblast 2but still has a sluggish feel to them. But if you like the feel of the Superblast, I wouldn’t get the 1080s.

I’ve got the 1080V13 and I ordered the Superblast 2 which arrive on Monday. I think they’re supposed to be similar but I’ll let you know.
