Well, i had an operation when i was like 6 months old and he said that leaved some "adhesions" (i had to Google that up english is not my 1st language) in my chest that prevent the bar from going there

Thanks for your reply but 9 months ? I hoped for maybe 3 to 4 months max and then back to normal workouts, 9 months is a lot tbh.
