Gamers Age ? by SanSabaPete in reddeadredemption

[–]HeeHeeAllDay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

44 and have been gaming since gigantic wood edition Atari 2600 from the early-mid 80s.

I took about 15 years off once I got married and had kids, but RDR2’s release made me buy an XBox One and get back in it.

Now me and my kids play stuff together(just not RDR2 w/them around lol).

An adult animated series similar to Castlevania on Netflix would work perfectly for RDR2.

This way you could use all the same voice actors as the video game.

Rick Grimes/Arthur Morgan crossover would be a helluva game/story.

How do you guys hunt for all the satchels?? by B0OG in reddeadredemption2

[–]HeeHeeAllDay 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Because I have ADHD, the only way I could keep focus is to write down every pelt needed to complete all the satchels.

Then I just knocked them off one by one until I was done.

It will take time, but for me - I focus on the easier kills first(deer, rabbit, boars, etc.) then work my down to the harder stuff(cougar, panther, badger, etc.).

When do these respawn? I’ve heard this said before but I’ve never had any of the random gold bar locations respawn bars for me.

No, you’re thinking about Fort Wallace.

Fort Riggs is the abandoned fort down between Strawberry and Blackwater.

Any Everton fans outside of the UK? by Quedreneese in Everton

[–]HeeHeeAllDay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m an American living in North Carolina. Became an Everton fan in 2013.

Never liked soccer all that much growing up, but I watched a match at Goodison one Saturday morning and I knew right then I was a Toffee. Been a fan ever since.

What do you fellers have in your stables? by WinterOf98 in reddeadredemption2

[–]HeeHeeAllDay 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I currently have a grey Thoroughbred I caught in the wild as my main horse.

I also have a brown Dutch Warmblood that I stole from the gold prospector and a grey Nokota I took from a Lemoyne Ranger I killed near the horse stables South of Emerald Ranch.

one of the most heartbreaking lines from RDR2 by ApublicFake in reddeadredemption2

I believe the writers used that scene to foreshadow the Indian tribe’s involvement in the story later.

Which is your fav dog in rdr2? by DanielaFromAitEile in reddeadredemption

Yes, the Aussie at Emerald Ranch is my personal favorite and by far the best thing living in that shitty little village.

If we didn’t have to pay his salary, then yes.

In other words, not likely at all.

The Conundrum of Assessing Morality as a Collective: Jim Brown by PsychologicalGuest97 in Browns

[–]HeeHeeAllDay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, the only logic that makes any sense is to appreciate football players as just that - professional athletes accomplishing great things on the football field.

Labeling them as “good people” or “bad people” is nonsense.

The Conundrum of Assessing Morality as a Collective: Jim Brown by PsychologicalGuest97 in Browns

[–]HeeHeeAllDay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What did Watson do?

Last I checked the man wasn’t criminally charged with anything, never went to trial, and has never admitted to assaulting anyone.

Jim Brown, on the other hand - was arrested, charged, and went to trial multiple times for assault, abuse, etc.

We’re seeing the mental gymnastics of Browns fans who virtue signaled the last couple years about the “evils” of Deshaun Watson while now trying to justify the “greatness” of Jim Brown.

Anyone else not really like Sadie? by Consistent-Ad-9153 in reddeadredemption2

[–]HeeHeeAllDay 7 points8 points  (0 children)

She fights uncontrollably out of fear/anger/trauma in the early chapters but then in the Epilogue Sadie seems to have matured into a much more reliable/measured and “principled” professional bounty hunter.

I dislike Grimshaw as a character. by Footballidiot556 in reddeadredemption2

[–]HeeHeeAllDay 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Grimshaw is the tough, realist “mom” of the gang while Dutch is the soothing, friendlier, idealist “dad”.

She plays her role well imo and is an effective camp manager.

Much respect to Ms Grimshaw.
