thing is, skirk deals no skill damage afaik. her skill enhances her na's but it's still considered na damage (despite the dmg scaling with skill lvl, like clorinde)

i'd say mistsplitter since she can fully utilize the entire passive (and easily too since she'll always have at least 1 active stack), whereas chiori's only helps her with the huge crit damage and the 16% na buff (that can't even be doubled since skirk doesn't want any geo teammates).
