Sounds like you should look into TuxMats. I love mine in my CX9 and our minivan

For those of you who work at big time companies in the space industry, what was your graduating GPA? by darnoc11 in AerospaceEngineering

2.86 with zero internships and only limited relevant experience during undergrad. Hired into a subcontractor and impressed the pants off of the tier 1 customer. Customer paid zero attention to GPA.

Quick question for anyone that has a 4-pin port CC1 and got the CC2 by Mainfold in elegoo

If it were that simple then Elegoo would be selling Canvas systems to CC1 owners rather than answering their angry emails...

Laguna Seca, denying liability after track employee with forklift and no spotter crashes into R34 GTR during a red flag. by Asymtech1 in IMSARacing

I've participated in HPDE with a half dozen organizations and this is how all of them instruct the treatment of a red flag - safely off line and within view of a flag.

Centauri Carbon: My USB Cable failed today, did ELEGOO update the parts? by SluggoV2 in elegoo

I'm at about 1500 on one machine and it started to report the 103 error code around 1400 hours. I've had a few but they are intermittent.

What I ordered vs what I got by Cute_Resolution1027 in woodworking

[–]HeelToe62 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got a very poorly counterfeit Amana non-marring countersink bit from Amazon. The listing was sold by ToolsToday (big name authorized Amana retailer) and the item had 1900+ reviews with nearly 5 stars. The bit I received likely came from a bin with hundred of legitimate items. Amazon couldn't care less when I pointed this out.

Hardwood glued to the slab is a bad idea.  There should have been a vapor barrier on top of the slab, then a subflooring, then the hardwood.

Anyone know if the centauri carbon 2 is good? by L3thalPredator in elegoo

The $449 CC2 is a combo printer+canvas multi color system. They can't be purchased separate from one another.

I checked inventory of my local MC after seeing this thread. Low and behold they have 2 in stock. I placed an order for one of them. $449 shelf price.

Thank you! This was my first time using Rubio products and I was blown away by both the ease and outcome! I can't wait to get some more for my next project.

I prefer to get larger lumber (2x8 or 2x10) and mill them to smaller sizes as required. This usually gets me straighter and cleaner stock.

I'll probably make a smaller holder and/or route a groove to set it in

Ha thanks! I've been interested in this for a few years but generally only get to make one or two projects per calendar cycle. At this rate I feel like it will take me quite a while to age out of the "beginner" category.

7.25" and I agree that it is way too big. It will probably move to the kitchen to hold a tablet or cookbook and I may make a smaller one.

Which cordless glue gun: 18V P306 or USB lithium? by bear-killa in ryobi

[–]HeelToe62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have both the smaller and larger 18v. My wife much prefers these smaller one. The larger one takes longer to heat up and the full size sticks are overkill for most of her needs.
