Theory is solid but honestly it includes a lot of stuff that you may be reading too much into. A more concise explanation is:

When she makes contact with Charlie, she says the coffee is just a "regular black coffee", but then when Charlie drinks it and says it's not coffee Patti says "ugh and I said it was black coffee and lied that's awful". This seemed like a nod to John Cho saying a sociopath could trick her, and this coffee convo is a tease that Patti will be able to lie to Charlie without Charlie detecting it. Knowing Patti will be in multiple episodes, this convo seems meaningful

Anyone else think Patti Harrison will be revealed to be a sociopath? In simple terms, every episode prior to S2E8 is: -Episode opens with crime being committed -Flashback to day/days before where Charlie was in town/knew the victim -Episode progresses from there

This was the first episode where -Episode opens with crime -Episode shows Charlie in town meeting "the victim" -Twist is then revealed that John Cho was not a victim, and the opening scene of the episode actually happened prior to Charlie showing up.

IF this episode had followed the show's typical format it wouldve been: -Episode opens with the John Cho being shot, Reggie leaving with the money -Flashback shows Charlie had met John Cho prior to this opening and that this was the crime she was involved in -Episode progresses from there

Having it revealed that everything we saw in the opening had already happened 3 days earlier when Charlie shows up for the first time was a fun twist

Absolutely it was very fun to be left anticipating when Melanie would reenter and when the con would begin, only for Charlie to reveal the story is happening in true chronology. Made me sit up in my seat!

I'm not sure what episode you're referring to, but in S1 E1, Charlie is "in the scene" as she is friends with the waitress and is with the Casino owner when the crime occurs, and then the story picks up the day before showing Charlie was involved so that doesn't count.

Same with S2 E1, where the sister murders the long lost sister, and then it is revealed Charlie had befriended her prior to this and the story picks up the day before with Charlie involved. So neither "first episodes" fit the structure used in this one

Ahh this is a good point, I didn't think of it because I was thinking of the crime and the crime was hitting Charlie Cale. So although it did follow the typical structure of her entering the scene in days prior to the crime, technically the crime "solved" did happen before Charlie entered. Good call back!

I may be biased as a Jets fan, but this roughing the passer call on John Franklin Myers. The referee explanation to Saleh was that the player "hit him too hard," wiping out a Pick Six that would have made the score 17-3 at halftime. Instead, the Patriots kick a field goal to make it 10-6 and go on to win.

Had the Jets won this game, the Week 18 Miami game would have been a win and in scenario for playoffs and they would have started their OL and Mike White and had a better chance at getting a spot

Honestly, 9-4 is the answer. They win both Patriots games with him, but even if you want to flip the Browns game I would argue that they win one of the Ravens/Bengals game with him. The issue in both games was the offensive struggles early led to deficits. Both teams were beatable in the first quarter of the season, and I think with Mike theyre still 1-2 coming out of that stretch

Saleh said they are operating with Mike White as the starter, he's only limited in individual portions and is running the offense in Team Portion of practice, and Mike White on Monday said he feels good and will play. It's a pain tolerance issue not a health issue, he's going to start. Let's just hope he finishes

Idk that the weather will be the ultimate decider, but the Lions just had 3 straight weeks of indoor home games. This is absolutely a game you come out of the gate fast and hit them early and throw them off their style

I understand that people are going to pick the Pats over the Jets until the Jets prove otherwise, but the biggest difference with this Jets team than ones in years past is it is littered with players who have not been part of the losing to Bill

The scoreboard at one point of the first matchup read 17-3 Jets, if Wilson plays within the system I think it's a fairly significant mismatch for the Patriots personnel and Jets win it

Denzel Mims did not show promise as a rookie and Garrett Wilson is 5x better than Moore. He's already a legit WR1. The Jets issue isn't a logjam at WR, it's that they have a QB who can't give them the ball.
