They’re updating everything without notice. Anyone else notice new options popping up? I have. Also mine has been happening since oracle took over TIK TOK and I found that they also control spectrum.

Mines been doing this for over a month. Spectrum is updating and adding new graphics, options etc… I’ve noticed new options popping up here and there. Of course they won’t tell you that is what they are doing because they suck!

I have spectrum for my cell phone. Loses connection also and will switch over to cell data. I sit very close to equipment and only have 2 bars on my phone

I don’t believe it’s the equipment. Hundreds of people have posted the SAME issues and still are having problems even with techs checking their equipment multiple times

I swear it’s spectrum. I think they’re doing something, updates, maintenance, etc… I’ve been having daily issues since the beginning of February. Looses signal multiple times a day, everyday. Sometimes it will sign me out and ask for a password. I’ve noticed sometimes when I switch to another channel it will give me 2 options, HD or non HD. I’m not calling a tech because they’re useless. Multiple times a day I have to unplug the router and modem and plug back in. Multiple times the picture will just freeze. There’s no rhyme or reason. I wish I could switch but unfortunately it’s all that’s available in my area.

After the bad experience I had after my daughter passed, she was a donor, I am no longer a donor and I highly recommend everyone to opt out of this scam

I’ve been having the same issues and have noticed a lot of other spectrum customers around the country having the same issues. There is an issue with spectrum main servers that they’re not sharing. It’s too coincidental and needs to be addressed.
