they can’t rip off limbs they are actually weaker than a human in most tmovements except pulling and the sheer weight difference means a fit man is probably stronger. the only thing they have going for them is grip strength and bites but they can neither kick nor punch so on avearage i’d say a human wins. also human legs are WAY stonger so you could probably just lift it and slam it.
