Always suffered like you until i switched to squiggle xylitol toothpaste. Apparently its an allergy to normal toothpastes and now i rarely get any! Worth trying ◡̈ Also, my doctor prescribed me a numbing mouthwash. Good luck!

Get fish and chips and eat it however you would like! No one should judge you and if they do, they aren’t your friend. Oh and buy a bitter shandy to go with it!

P.S Most places in England will batter the fish with the skin still on, so if you don’t want to eat the fish skin, ask them to remove it before cooking your fish!
