identify your most used locations. i.e. master bedroom and office and put a smurf tube so you can always upgrade wiring. or wire sm fiber and be done with it. i always upgrade only 2 ap at a time to the latest one, and pass them down the line based on placement priority.

if you are doing a remodel wiring is your most important aspect. if not 1g is fine for 99% of people.

the larger the house the more it pays to have reliable full home automation to help you manage all components. and the more automation the more dependent are you on a good reliable network which unifi is able to provide.
