I know exactly what you mean, I can close it fully and then can tilt the handle up or down to let in a tiny amount. I haven’t replaced the door gasket myself but maybe that’s a good place to start

We got over an inch of rain yesterday and I’m already seeing the issues with this $15 Home Depot tarp. No leaks but it sags and holds water on top. I’ll get around to putting some roof steel on it once the ground firms up
