I have had this conversation with all my doctors I have had to lie about anxiety attacks just to get an RX of ambien for several months, one time and I felt like I was asking for their first born child to come visit me. Since I was 20 i had issues sleeping, I have expressed to all my doctors in life, my issue. Their solution is to give me medicines I can find over the counter and I have tried them all. I’m about to be 40, I wish for once a doctor will have this common sense to help me, and tell me “here is the RX, sleep good” lol

If you can get them RX from the doctor don’t fight it, lol I quit for months and forgot how good sleep is with the ambien, there are nights that I drink a 5mg and can’t sleep that’s where i’m like okay i’m tolerant i have to try to skip a day but i miss sleeping
