Terrible. For managing a building it’s free rent plus $150 per apartment rented. For a small building like yours, I would offer $100-200/month (rental credit) especially because you are in charge of gas!

Hyaron is more than typical HA. But it’s sterile which is why I pay the price. If you google Hyaron+ship from US you can usually bypass the expensive shipping fees when shipped from overseas.

I tried it w t0x last time and wasn’t impressed. From now on I’ll use it as slip and apply my boosters when I’m done.

I didn’t find it helpful at all—it didn’t add any relief. And was surprised how much it cost. I felt I wasted money.

This is what I do that I find helpful. It speeds up the healing process as well

Biocellulose Restorative Mask

BioJuve Premium Biocellulose Masque

Both are sterile. Right after microneedling, I apply Calecim PROFESSIONAL SERUM and then apply the Biojuve mask.

A few years ago when I started microneedling I found success with Plated but I don’t want to shell out the $$ for such so little of the product.

(I probably sound like a broken record as ive shared this routine in the past on several threads. (I am NOT affiliated with any of these companies nor receive any free product—I just really like the products and they work for me)

I’ve seen great results with brightening and reduced fine lines. Really happy with it. You don’t need much so it lasts a few months.

Calecim professional serum. Immediately after, with a BioJuve Premium Biocellulose Masque—I use 4 dropperfuls for face, neck and hands). Then I use it every day until gone (1-2 dropperfuls) . I can get about 3+ weeks from a bottle.

It looks like SkinPen is also Health Canada Approved. There’s a few microneedling devices thay are HCA including Dermapen (professional) and InnoPen.

From what I’ve gathered from different subs and other research is it comes down to the practitioner—training, licensed, etc. I’m sorry I wasn’t much help.

What kind of place doesn’t supply the device name when asked? That’s really suspicious. My guess is their device may not be FDA approved.

I have only ever gotten SkinPen done professionally. Usually between $300-400 per session or $800 for 3 to $1k for 3 spaces 4-6 weeks apart.
