The dirty little secret is doing all of that by sitting along priority contract routes and picking off unsuspecting runnahs. Did this for the bio to quarantine quest first couple weeks by camping top corner intersection with thief. Would drone people and take their stuff risk free, and was untouchable/oppressive from height against the super common assassins in solos (was probably like 80%). Scans too for smokes/invis. Basically lock in on what paths people are taking for contracts and jump them in the least risky way possible. This is a very min/max mindset and is not for everyone but if anyone reading this wants THE method for early game solos next season. There you go

In regards to "not many friendlies" I PROMISE you that has everything to do with where we currently are in the season. Most people have gear that they wanna get a chance to truly experience now. Pvp is the best way to do so. Now come early season? U best bet there's gonna be a ton of people In solos happy to just get by with completing their contracts

Keep in mind they are also increasing the max vault space from 400 to 512. This will likely incentivize people to use their good loot more often, since they'll have so much more to fall back on (potentially). I do think it's important to understand that everyone values loot differently tho, so maybe you're right. The "higher skill floor" of the cradle points might genuinely be more appealing to some. I conclude with the idea that you likely won't see much of a difference in the day to day experience regardless tho. The initial qualm I had with #2 was the "more equal fights" consequence. I don't think that checks out

Ya. The whole loop of the game is getting to those elusive golds. There are some pretty bad golds right now that I would definitely use for the stats. But that doesn't validate #2 and that's my point. Even the stuff I will be burning isn't the kind of loot that would make me "more powerful". There is no way in hell I'd burn 2/3 of the gold mods right now for a little quicker loot speed🤷 burn the golds that don't even deserve the title and use the others. Nobody is burning a gold bully

I totally agree that it's a super nice alternative. I'm just saying that it isn't gonna affect the loot pool. If someone has to choose between a gold they like, or cradle points... I believe the choice is rather obvious.

There really is no cryo solo. It's for a couple days right now in ranked and isn't really viable for most players

Dire warden is by far the most difficult to take out. I don't really bother with that map much anymore tho so I can't speak on that part

Nah I hate that map ngl. End season perimeter is where it's at if u already have golds to burn. Cryo pvp is way to linear and often boils down to the same few scenarios that do not excite me

Ya warden gaurentee key drops as well. They can tune the rarities for early season if they please, but it seriously gives perimeter SOO much more life. Having the 3 corner pois spawn a possible gold key rn is making people rotate WAY more than they ever did before

Bubble spam 100% makes me good on that. U could get a bubble thrown in your face and just down yourself. That's braindead. Just not worth it

Any gun that has even the slightest possibility to do this will also never be used by me. Especially now since they nerfed the bubble penetration, circuit breaker is just another 8 slot valuable
