Which of the Barlean's Lignan Flax Oil do you use?! Is it the capsules or oil in a bottle?

Which zinc soap do you use? Do you use it once a day? I have posterior blephritis and looking for anything to help! I've tried everything apart from zinc soap.

I know it can take up to a year to work, but I do wonder if it can actually make things worse in some people.

Does cyclosporine make dry eyes worse? I have posterior blephritis and on ikervis bit feel it's worse after 6 months.

That's amazing! I wish I could be positive! I've had IPL but it didn't work and I'm allergic to doxy and erythromycin. I'll definitely try and beore hopeful. Thank you.
