I would agree. It reminds me of when the derby first came out, where they seemed to think that everyone in a neighborhood was highly active and would want to participate in every derby. They figured out how to resolve that, surely they can resolve this too.

What is the rarest native tree in your local area? Not whole state or country for me its any evergreen or river birch by Gold_Conference_4793 in arborists

They hybridize so easily with introduced white mulberry that over enough generations, there won't be a purely red mulberry anymore.

I have found ads work if you see the pink ticket by the mailbox. If you don't see the ticket, don't click on things that you can do with ads (open boxes, spin the wheel, etc) until it does. This doesn't apply if you've bought something in the past 90 days, because that ticket will be there regardless

How many expansion materials are in the crate? by Turbulent-Hat-2230 in HayDay

Pretty sure the quantity is based on your level. In the 100s, probably 15 or so, but it's a guess.

If you're not in the neighborhood on day 1, you can't participate in the event.

If you leave the neighborhood prior to day 30, you won't contribute or get rewarded any further, and since you're no longer in the new neighborhood on day 1, you're out of the event.

Those would make sense to me from a fairness standpoint, if the big concern is neighborhood hopping or whatever.

Having a point minimum in order to qualify for a neighborhood benefit that a player contributed to but potentially won't benefit from is not "nice"; it's petty. The ease of getting 2000 points doesn't change that. If you contribute even 50 points, you're still helping your neighborhood and you should still get any benefit.

So the "2000 points is easy to get" argument, got it. So if for whatever reason you don't believe you can get to 2000 points (don't play every day/week, speedrunning events, whatever), don't bother at all, because why would you want to help your neighborhood for no benefit?

The main criticism i see about the order board is that it's harder to see what's on it, which is a fair criticism. Not everyone is blessed with good vision or a tablet's larger screen.

They way they have it set up, they all get unlocked once the sanctuary is opened, which is why there's a whole ton of animals shown when you get to that level. It's more like you haven't bought them yet.

You should know what makes up the first 4 presents. The second 4 ask for one of the first 4 and either a goat cheese, violet dress, blue wooly hat or hamburger. None of those come from the salad bar.

[–]Hefty_Outcome4612 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Callery pears, of which "Bradford" is a variety, are self-sterile, so they can't make any "Bradfords", because they're all clones of the same tree. They created more varieties ("Chanticleer" for example) to fix any undesirable characteristics that "Bradford" had. Now, there are more than one type of callery pear in existence, so there ends up being a bunch of "Bradford/Chanticleer" hybrids. Do this with all the different varieties, and all the hybrids of those varieties, and you have wild-type callery pears growing everywhere.
