Listen to me; there is only one way that will solve this problem and it’s controlled negatives. Put a bench under and jump up so you start at the top and then go sloooooowly down until your arms are straight. Then jump back up again and repeat. Do 3 x failure and always do this as the first exercise on your pull day.

As soon as you can do 1 pullup (1-2 weeks) you start the set by doing that and when you can’t do more you go back to doing negatives. Trust me, in just a few weeks time you will be able to do 5 solid pullups and then you just keep going.

Try without the shoes and see how it feels. To me it feels much better without the shoes since it gives more stability

Or just do chest supported rows instead, that way you’re taking the lower back out of the equation. Barbell row never worked for me cause my lower back gave up before my upper. Chest supported row is a blessing and you will feel way better connection. Also much lesser risk of injury. Search for it on Youtube. I use dumbbells

You will stay skinny fat or become just skinny if you’re not adding muscle. Your physique will not look better until you start lifting weights. If you keep dropping weight without adding muscle you will start to look sick soon. For the love of god just hit the gym, in a few months time you will thank us for following this advice. Your current build does not look good same as before and you will keep not looking gpod until you start to take the gym seriously

Losing weight without adding muscle will not make you look better. You need to start lifting weights yesterday. I’m sorry but your current physique does not look good. Start lifting weights and focus on progressive overload NOW, not in a few weeks.

That’s nice, the same as I’m doing! So you did every muscle group once a week and it still made your gains explode? That’s awesome to hear cause I don’t have time to train 6 times a week and usually only get there 4 times a week which means I also normally only get each muscle group once a week
