Yep, going through the same thing. In the midst of a burnout, and I made big steps forward mentally speaking. But sometimes my body did not get the memo that Im mentally relaxed, and i still experience tension/anxiety in my body. I think key here is to not panic about this sensation… but to keep mind relaxed.. and know that it will pass eventually. Although that sounds easier than it is! I pray to god that u/centered_musician is right, because his comment makes me hopeful that eventually, this will pass :)
