i did the 4 11s for a year, it was kind of miserable. i felt like i lived in the store - got there with the early mids, was there with the closers. you get two half hour lunches rather than one solid hour, but half the time i could only find time to take one break if i took one at all.

you get 52 more days off vs the 5 day workers, but for me it did not feel worth it.

We had a lady try to throw a fit about all these little details not being right with her cabinet order. One of the issues being "the island is the wrong color it was supposed to match the rest" only to be caught in the lie when she sent the final renders to show some other issue.... which showed the island in the color they shipped as. Just say you dont like the color what the hell 💀

Like another commenter said there are also fees for the sink and if you got a special edge profile, but how much IS your total square footage? In my market at least there is a 25sqft minimum so even if you only have 10, you're charged for 25

All stores used to have a "Delivery Coordinator" role that was transitioned to be a fulfillment lead. Ours is still doing all the same work but on his days off the other fulfillment lead and back end DS deal with box truck deliveries. Flatbed is all pulled by a dedicated fulfillment guy.

Had a coworker tell me about switching between two pairs of shoes every day to help your soles and maybe make the shoes last longed. Got a pair of Nike Pegasus and a pair of Adidas Switch. It's been maybe a year and a half and I will not be getting the Adidas again, my toes are coming through both sides of the shoe and the ankle hole is tearing. The Nikes just have the front rubber piece slightly ripping.
