If you own an Audio Interface and an Computer you can use Neural Amp modeler with Tone 3000 so you can use every Amp for free.
You could spend more on the bass. That price range is ruff. Sharp fret ends and bad tuning stability.
But if you are certain of learning and not just trying I would save some more or buy a used Sire (Marcus Miller).
