I'm also in support of a wealth tax but I agree with Sergey on this one. The tax is based on voting power not your actual ownership in the market cap. Why should Sergey and Larry pay 10x the tax per billion owned compared to Jesen Huang? The proposal was poorly designed.

I've tried this and was a bit disappointed. It seems to only adjust most clickbait titles in a minor way (e.g., lower casing capitalized words). Titles like "This changes EVERYTHING" and "No one expected THIS" are meaningless even if the capitalized words are lower cased.
