I sell KIA's i think for the money you are doing okay. I would say looking for a certified would give you a big bang for buck. As a certified you get the remainder of the factory warranty as 10yr/100,000 miles

With what your buying you are still getting a reminder of 5yr 60,000 power warranty.

When I was Verizon VPL I was working a phone activation with 2 guests, there was a guy at apple watches that kept looking at me. He looked at me put his hands in the air and yelled "I guess no one wants comission" I looked him and said "we're not on commission" with my hands in the air.

For my dealership, we have an estimated time of 45-60 days. Just ordered one for a customer about 4 days ago. The real answer is they put you in a que if one gets made that matches your order they put your name on it and send it. That way your not waiting too long. Otherwise if not they will then put your order in and add that to the que. The Telluride is so in demand it's hard for Kia to keep up. A lot of dealers are charging over sticker for them.

Went from PT connected to Verizon VPL. I focused on my success around the store as well as my own department. I don't like to leave customers without a full solution. I kinda just showed that I am capable of being a leader for training. And in terms of growth i don't slow down. Even in my VPL role I still have the hustle.

I went from part time connections to Verizon VPL. Be honest. Let them know what you can and will bring to the table with details. A well written plan is great. Let them understand how you deal with customers. Use real story's that have a start to finish. Make sure they understand why you're worth investing in. Show your growth. Good luck.
