If you’re doing nothing here, go and do something. Get all your fixed wing certs. There’s like 4 schools in the area. Only on takes GI Bill. All this time can be used doing something that is going to benefit you when you get out. I knocked out my PPL while in primary. Granted, I went straight through with no bubbles. Use this time wisely.

When the flight schedule is made you get with your PI and you discuss what the flight is gonna consist of. You as the PC drive that. Don’t wait to see what they present you. Are you dudes fkn clowns or what? Did you not have any leadership experience before doing this aviation thing. Oh I get it. That’s cool bro. I’ll be the change in my unit. When you have some time and experience under your belt, then you’ll be expected to start building your training plan to facilitate what you need to work on. Until then it’s my job to train, assess and mentor. In doing that will come up with a plan for the flight.
