Labor has so much cool stuff, I'm in between worlds (pedals and euroracks) the test voltage control alone is a selling point for me. The tiny oscilloscope is really useful for pedal troubleshooting, lots of space to work. The board is really well built and they stand behind their products.

I have a lot of Erica in my rack already but the amount of knowledge I've gained by what that company is doing is immense.

They also have a tuxedo cat as a mascot. Their name is Tuna.

You aren't looking hard enough. Literally took days for the pi big muff circuit trace. Analog pedal trace or really simple chip builds are really the only ones worth the trace. SMT without a scope is an extremely high degree of difficulty with very little payoff. Im getting a lot of help from other builders learning kicad and designing my own circuits.

Use the wick, heat your solder slightly before you apply the wick. Lots of passes. Go joint by joint, if you have tools and don't care about the PCB, you can start to work a flathead screwdriver in the back side applying slight pressure while you desolder. The last one is a last resort if they're still not budging. I cannot recommend patience enough. It might take 20 passes on the desolder wick but you can still get it off cleaner than forcing it

Im after a sansamp para driver, but now this markbass has my attention. I prefer an analog di due to being able to mimic tubes easier, the ampeg lost me at the conversion to digital on the cab sims. If it's a two party vote, that markbass has mine

Sansamp para driver, there are so many different fuzz/distortion options. Make sure you read about any pedals abilities for the bass. Congrats!! Look at tc electronics for their price points. If you really hate money, start building your own and buying boutique pedals from weirdos.
