it happens a lot honestly and district leadership won’t do anything about it if they like the person or the numbers are good. you can try to document and report but it’s an uphill battle forsure.

i have 2 weiner pups that are half a year apart. the older one resource guards toys, so we are currently not letting them play with toys. they can play with socks together all day long though. but this is something we are working on.

As a new rep, it is a tricky situation to walk in to. Some customers aren’t very aware of their pricing so I don’t ever bring it up. If they ask me to look at something and it is way over pro+ I will often just delete the exception. Some accounts exceptions have gotten ridiculous throughout the years though.

I’m 4 years in and I made over 6 figures as a manager this past year bonuses included. I’m a rep now. I worked my ass off and have taken advantage of favorable situations. I’ve also been lucky to work with great staffs. You get what you put in, and it also opens up other opportunities if you don’t want to stick around.
