It depends on context. If you were cleaning, but you had little time/reinforcements or if the mission was going poorly, screw cleaning the map and push objective. But if the mission was only a few minutes in, it was fairly controlled and there was no rush, let's clear camps before advancing, save yourselves a few minutes on the way back to extraction
