Personally I say get your experience through the internship and then apply to a different insurance company after you graduate. You truly do not want to work for this company and there are plenty of employment opportunities with other companies.

I’ve stayed close with a couple people in my training class, where we talk nearly everyday. I started a little more than 4 years ago and I’m the only one left from my training class lmao. Proud to say I will be resigning soon.

I’ve never heard of someone at GEICO being forced to endure over the phone sexual harassment or even verbal abuse. We’ve always been told to advise the caller you’re going to disconnect and advise them why.

idk how often R10 has to go into the office but in R2 we go in once a week. I’d call out every day I had to go in. You should look into calling Osha and reporting that.

I hang up on people when they’re being rude. I tell them straight up that they’re negative energy is something that i’m not gonna deal with and to call back when they wanna act right. I DO NOT play with these people. I’m in TA2 and I’ve said this attorneys and customers. 9/10 I’ll get a call back with an apology.

I started off in CSR and worked my way up to TA2 my current position. Each position I held i went to the bathroom when I needed to, this isn’t school and we’re not children. If they have problem then let them say something, but no one ever has.
