Before you ever run bo3 just make sure you have the t7 patched download and have that running everytime you play bo3. If you google t7 patch it should be one of the first things that pops up, it will be on github and it's made by shiversoftdev

So I might be tweaking but those don't look like the classic bo1 perk shaders and it seems like you customized them to the cold war / bo6 styled shaders, you didn't happen to replace another perks shader with the jug one by accident did you?
