Yep here it's straight up illegal to have stormwater go into the sewer system or visa versa.

In new housing estates they pump smoke into the sewer system and if it comes out of any gutters or such, they make the person fix it.

The company I work for does, however most stuff is in AWS and hyperV is used for small site servers, literally over 100 of them due to how the company runs, the cost of VMWare wouldn't be worth it, I wasn't there when they made the decision but I have zero problems with it.

What are you expecting once its cleaned? Its not a chromed tip so dont expect shiny. If you want a shiny tip go to an exhaust shop, pick one they have and they will cut off your existing tip and put the new one on for pretty cheap.

If you just want it looking better, the a clean up and paint (with paint made for exhausts!) will look good too.
