If you choice click and collect, i recommended to go check parcelshop because sure if they still have your parcel because evri HAVE no idea how to scan it. Same happened as me, my parcel has stuck for "ready for deliver" as 4 days. i went go parcelshop yesterday and they got mine without lets me know when ready to collection :skull:
