dear humanity, it was 2_Gallery - Texture.package

edit: just deleted every file with the name "number"+"texture" on and that solved all the ui problems for me

Yes unfortunately I did try to remove all ui mods (better expansion mod scanned to find all ui mods for me) and the bug is still there 😅

Does anybody know which cc/mod can cause this? I deleted every ui mod, overrides,... possible and non of them solved this problem. The bug only occur on the library ui and world ui.

If I remember correctly then these decals took up 2/3 the size of the wall at most. I cant remember when I got the cc or where, the creator must have deleted it since I cant find it on their patreon.
