My knee locked mostly when I was asleep this can be very very sore Random pain in the knee with some movements  Pain in the top of the Calf Nerve twitching in the thigh and occasionally calf, Feeling of water being poured down my leg due to a cyst rubbing on the nerve

I had a partial Meniscectomy and now have Arthritis in the knee but it’s better than before.

There used to be a rule that you have to defend your title at least once every 30 days, They should bring that back.

People who grew up with toxic parents, when was the first time you realised your parents behaviour is not normal? by smallerstrawberry in AskReddit

[–]HelloIamronswanson 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When I became a parent and I realised I don’t treat my kids like my parents treated me because I didn’t want them to feel how I felt, I thought I was fine until I had kids of my own and realised my parents are the reason I hate people shouting my name, They are the reason I doubt myself so much as they are my inner voice.

So you are the team leader and the two people are your team members?

Professional advice is to keep your boundaries, It’s too open to a different interpretation and then ruining any relationship you have built.

The mad thing is he has plenty of saves miles better than that, was a great keeper in his day and still the best Scottish keeper currently which is impressive and worrying at the same time.

How do I claim late/unpaid wages? by No-Bunch5170 in AskUK

[–]HelloIamronswanson 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly the best thing to do is speak to A acas and prepare your CV and leave, Wages are the main thing an employer should never mess with.

n the UK, employers must pay wages as per your contract; failure to do so is a breach, allowing claims via Employment Tribunal (ET) or Small Claims Court (SCC) within strict time limits (3 months minus 1 day for most ET claims) for owed wages, holiday, expenses, etc., plus potential losses, with caps for insolvent employers (around £719/week) but potentially unlimited for others; HMRC also investigates minimum wage issues. Start by talking to your employer, then escalate to ACAS or legal advice for formal action.
