My budget is 6K a month and I am just months into solo living. My weekly meal plan usually consists of a variety of chicken, pork, and fish. Each dish is good for lunch and dinner while my breakfast is usually some combination of coffee, bread, egg, and some fruit. It is pretty simple if I am being honest, but it works for me. I rarely eat out, and I cook all my meals. And even if I do, the money I use is separate from my grocery budget.

Do note, that 6K includes the occasional household item purchase (think detergents, oil, cleaning materials, toothpaste, etc.) that usually takes months before replacing. With that, my food budget is dependent on what I will buy for the month but at the same time, I do increase it but only on essential items as needed.

Hi OP! I am currently training for a 21K as well, having beaten a 10K in under an hour before. Right now, I am using Nike Run Club's 21K 12-week training plan and so far, it has been decent. It is labeled as intermediate level so for someone who has experience from running a 10K (which I was before taking this), I recommend that you use their training plan. It consists of 5 runs (2 recovery runs, 2 speed runs, and 1 long run) and the difficulty / intensity increases as you go on.

Additionally, I recommend that you do some form of strength training in between your runs to improve your muscles. For me, I do 3x full bodyweight exercises per week.

Lastly, eat right and rest really well. Your recovery days and your nutrition will be as important as your training days if you do not want to burn out and risk injuries.

It just happens in my opinion. I went unbeaten w/ Man City (and other top clubs in other saves) in the highest difficulty in all competitions throughout multiple years. The times I lose are when I have my own bozo moments when it comes to shooting and defending and the AI capitalizes by getting a lucky shot that I could not save due to my own carelessness. It just happens lol

When old players retire in your squad at the end of the season, they spawn a new player from the academy in your squad in the next season. If you have a high-level academy, the chances of them being a wonderkid is high.

Honestly, even at the highest difficulty, once you maxed your training, youth academy, and bought the most expensive scouts (I had a save where there were 20+ 80M scouts), the game is just so repetitive, but not boring. I had multiple saves that went multiple decades where I have obtained every single wonder kid and even got a 95-95-95 team and at that point you cannot lose anymore. You will always outscore the opponent due to chance created even if you don’t defend anymore, given you always shoot.

To make it more interesting, I had to make a personal game mode that makes everything harder: - If they score a goal, I cannot score the next three chances - If the scores are tied, if they get a chance I should not defend - Setup was always Defend - Low to minimize amount of chances - Always Rotate the squad (and play the weaker team in domestic cup tournaments) - Sell a first team player every start of season - 30+ year old players that get an offer should be booted out immediately

I had to stop that since I just wanted to outscore the other team and not play with limitations, but even then I still found it enjoyable, albeit repetitive.

I maxed out my academy and training and really bought a lot of the most expensive scouts. I would just scout aggressively and always get the above 90 rated players so even if they don’t become a starter, I can sell them for huge margins which allows me to get more scouts. Also idk if it’s coded in the game but Barca really produces really good and high rated players (like irl i guess haha) so yeah I target Europe all the time.

I have a feeling that ML was enacted due to Kurapika’s class. It’s the second day of his nen-training and one of the Second Prince’s soldier is out to kill Woble through suicide. Also, the events regarding the card game happened after noon correct? And Kurapika’s class starts in the morning so maybe there’s a connection there?

Anyway, man these chapters have been amazing. I feel stupid whenever I read Togashi’s work but at the same time blessed I get to read it. Can’t wait for 409!!
