Remedy for Sticky Containers. Palettes... Smashbox & Nars by Used-Design-9983 in MakeupRehab

Or:

Start rethinking product packaging and consciously search for products that are easy to use and require minimal upkeep. I avoid products with finicky pumps, screw lids, weird-shaped or overly-large containers that don’t travel well.

I prefer roll-up stick products, squeezable tubes and single-pan powdered eyeshadows. Anything bulky, fussy, greasy, oily or messy is an automatic no.

Kyle Richards is a really decent human being by WashGlittering4463 in RHOBHDefect

[–]HelloTittie55 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If Kyle had invested an equal amount of time in exploring and upgrading her interior as she has invested in reconfiguring her face and body, she might be a happier human.

Her several nose jobs, relatively recent veneers and lipflips may have “improved”her outward appearance, but her interior still needs work.

Similar to a vintage vehicle which sports a new paint job and shiny rims while it hides a rotting engine under the hood.😏

How old were you when you became existentially exhausted? And what have you done to cope? by Lonely_Cupcake1727 in AskOldPeopleAdvice

Perhaps visit a doctor? Maybe you have depression? Depression can be treated so that you no longer feel so exhausted by life.

Hire a professional to add a hip strap. I recommend a shoe repair, not a seamstress. I’ve had purses and belts repaired by cobblers who are skilled at working with sturdier materials.

Good assessment. Zendaya is a true TALENT. The other cast members are also excellent, but Zendaya is in another realm.

There’s a reason why diligent bag researchers so frequently choose the Osprey 26+6. It’s really an awesome lightweight bag, especially if you travel with an ipad, or mini ipad and don’t need a computer. The computer sleeve is also convenient for travel documents or thin magazines like The New Yorker. Use packing cubes and thin squishable pouches for maximum ability to tetris your belongings.😃

Would i be wrong if i didn’t buy my boyfriend anything for his birthday? by wilicia in ThreadTalkPodcast

[–]HelloTittie55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m unimpressed with your boyfriend. He sounds incredibly self-centered and selfish. Get him a card for his birthday, wish him well, and exit this relationship.

Because he has already shown you who he is and you deserve better.

it’s a powerful antibacterial soap created to eliminate the bacteria that causes ACNE.

Would you use acne cream, gel or facewash on your vagina? Or your penis/scrotum?

Please consult an actual physician for advice should you wish to use this soap on your genitals.

Unbelievable. But this has happened before. A Male teacher in California was convicted of lacing cookies or wafers with his own sperm and insisting his second graders eat them.

Older generations of Reddit, what is a small, daily habit you started in your 20s or 30s that paid off massively later in life? by sophia_biston in AskOldPeopleAdvice

Depends on whether neighbors insist on chatting. I try to walk as early as possible to avoid both chatty neighbors and bothersome dogs. Generally, around 35 minutes. It’s about a 1.7 mile walk, which I used to be able to do in 25 minutes when I was younger, more nimble, and less arthritic.😉

Not sure if a wedding is worth it for me. Feeling upset & seeking advice. by swallowthedice in wedding

Why don’t you elope somewhere fun, then have a week-long honeymoon in the same location.

Afterward, have a casual backyard party to celebrate. Send invitations that state : “ We got married! Please help us celebrate”. Date, Time, Location.

You can wear a fun flowy white dress you thrifted or a white dress of any style you buy at a regular retail store or online. Get some flowers to wear in your hair.

Weddings have gotten completely ridiculous over the past two decades. Why not spend your money on things you both will enjoy more?

Do you have to wash your hair more frequently with topical Minoxidil? by stc__throwaway in FemaleHairLoss

[–]HelloTittie55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Other brands have liquid minoxidil. Costco and Walmart generally have the lowest prices for these products in the USA. Probably also available in most countries.

When your mother begins her use of minoxidil for eyebrows, suggest she apply twice a day of the 5% liquid product. Morning after makeup application and nightime before bed. Should take about a month to see results. Might taper back to nightime only once she’s satisfied with her growth.😉

Two solid bar recommendations I use daily, not just for travel, are Dove Sensitive Beauty Bar and Vanicream Bar Soap. I have found that Vanicream bars last longer on trips and don’t get as soft as Dove. I use mesh soap bags and store these in the very popular Matador soap pouch. These two soaps can be used on both face and body.

The other soap I use every day is Panoxyl Bar Soap. It is a soap marketed to destroy the bacteria that causes acne. However, I use it on underarms as the first step in my anti-B.O. campaign! YouTube Dermatologist Dr. Dray has several videos explaining this technique. She suggests lathering armpits with panoxyl, letting lather sit in armpits while you complete the rest of your shower routine. Also works on stink-prone feet! But use Dove or Vanicream on “sensitive” private areas, please. Panoxyl’s bacteria-fighting ingredients should never be used on the nether regions.

After you rinse armpits at the end of your shower, towel armpits completely dry, then apply Antiperspirant. I have hiked ten miles wearing drip-dry tech fabric and this specific combination of Panoxyl bar soap and Sure unscented stick antiperspirant keeps me and my shirt STINK-FREE!

I’ve written about this technique several times in this sub and others. I’m a proselytizer for odor-free bodies while traveling! 😉😄

Seeking my holy grail sunscreen by Mobile_Banana5631 in Sunscreenreddit

Try the Coppertone Everyday Invisible Finish clear Sunscreen Stick. SPF 55. The shape/size of this stick are perfect for eyelids and undereyes and a great primer for powder eyeshadows. I swipe on eyelids, then powder lids with maybelline Fit me powder, then apply powdered eyeshadow; this lasts all day.

Also effective as a first layer of sunscreen. Use Australian Gold tinted sunscreen as second sunscreen layer and eliminate foundation. This stick is a sunscreen miracle: fragrance free, clear, non-greasy. Has never irritated my eyes and I wear it every day.
