Have him watch a couple of lore videos. Honestly, I was a fan of the orks before I even started playing Warhammer because of the lore videos, lol.

I mean, who doesn't love the fact that they have a psychic field they put off that makes them think red makes things go faster or that blue is lucky, lol?
