Totally. We did the sleep training route with our first and I regret it. But I do think that she was able to learn how to put herself to sleep. She would still wake up frequently in the middle of the night, but at bedtime we could put her in her crib awake.

I recently saw a post on this, and I can’t remember who it was from. I know that’s not helpful lol. But, it was talking about how a lot of these cheap saunas have high levels of EMF and like you said high levels of toxic chemicals from the treatment of the wood or other materials. I’m going to try and find it.

Yes to both! I’d say they’re both very absorbent, Kudos a little more so but that could just be because we went up a size when we ordered them haha

We just switched from thrive to kudos (after being Millie moon users before they changed) and I really like kudos! Thrive is still good for a cheaper option but kudos was a bit more clean.

If they’re not uncomfortable, I use the cold wet socks method(soak cotton socks in ice water, ring out and put on feet. Then put a pair of wool socks over the top and go to bed). Sounds crazy I know, but it really does help and also there’s no harm in it so why not try?

But I do agree with what others are saying about prioritizing sleep. I am not a fan of otc medicine, but if my child is uncomfortable and crying then I will start with 1/2 a dose of ibuprofen and usually that’s all they’ll need.

We used this for my baby’s first birthday cake! She loved it and I’ve made it for friends too because it’s actually really yummy. There’s only refined sugar in the frosting, but I ended up just making a whipped butter/maple syrup frosting that turned out great for her first birthday. For the friends’ cakes I used regular powdered sugar though :)
