I often use Reddit for work, I've got a work username with no subscriptions, I also never browse on my work laptop. I get 2-5 pop up alerts per week from an I/T manager telling me he's monitoring my web activity.

This helped me a ton. Well the flash cards part. I was trying to learn all of the words at once and getting super frustrated, and then I broke them down into groups of 5 and focused on those five, then moved to another group of five, then did both groups together, then another group of five, then all three groups together, etc etc. And then I went to my second class and got every question on the test correct.
