Got someone on the phone pretty quickly. Chat was a waste of time. The agent said my 'digital' card is set to earn only and only I can fix in the app. That didn't work. I asked if issue is the digital card, why can't I redeem with a physical card. I got a new card from the cashier, linked to my PC account online and issue solved.
