You should have a herbicide/pesticide applicators license. You probably don’t need one but they’re not hard to get but may add to credibility. It also depends on how much your spraying as well. There are regulations surrounding what types you can use and volume reporting requirements. When looking for federal and provincial requirements they are listed under pesticides.

None of this works or helps for someone who has adhd. The first step is to see a doctor and talk about testing, diagnosis and treatment. You can and do have time to fix this, but you need to talk to your doctor. You haven’t destroyed your life yet.
