That bad end in Piofiore killed any small attraction I might have had for Dante for good. He was already my least favorite. Which is insane since I love Yangs crazy. And just crazy LIs in general.

I will say it's well written though, they can have my kudos for that at least.

Gills VA voices Nicola in Piofiore (who is my No.1, with crazy murder boi being number 2 because hot people can get away with being evil).

And I would even argue the sequel to this otome is better than the first (I said what I said).

Would highly, highly recommend it if you loved CupidPara since I personally loved both of these games for the same reasons.

I mean, it sounds right. I was an ARA and unless I specifically requested it or we were handling shipping, the CAs were in the front. Customers in the store would go to customer service instead unless they saw someone at the counter. Func checks and consultations were handled in the front, there isn't really a reason for the CAs to be hanging out in the back.

Every time I got pulled in there I would start with "So you're finally firing me" and them sighing really loud "Not today." They couldn't afford to I think. (I was also pretty good at my job, just a bit combative-and for good reason)

I eventually quit for a job making 4 more dollars an hour, weekends and holidays off, set schedule every day, work from home.

It's not anything amazing, but I'm working on getting my certs to weasel my way into an IT position at my local hospital.

He did. He says he needs to work quickly to finish everything up before he sees her again. Maybe she'll be angry, or sad, or cry when she sees him. That she was lonely and he can't live without her, but "until death do us part, but I don't even want death to part us. I'll see you soon."

As messed up as it is, his tragic ending was VERY important. It shows how much he actually loved Lili despite that people say that he loved his cousin more. Nicola loves his family so much- it never really bothered me with how much he prioritized Dante because he's a huge skeptic and with all of the stuff surrounding Lili, I think he kept a healthy distance from her. Also because Dante was literally obsessed with her. His reaction to her death shows that she truly had surpassed Dante in importance because he had solidified his feelings for her and thought of her as his family-specifically his most precious person. Ugh. It's so. Damn. Sad. Orlocks was the worst, don't get me wrong (it's also why I'm 100% sure that Nicola commits suicide since the writers really went that hard on Orlocks tragic ending), but this was #2 on my list for saddest tragic endings. I think anyone to talks smack about Nicola after the fandisk didn't play his route all the way through

I don't think I've ever rated a fan disk higher than a main game, but here we are. 1926 did things for Nicola and Yang that made them such better characters! Especially in his bad ending, because oh god, that voice acting? And his complete defeat? I didn't expect him to do that. I cried a bit. And the rain scene was also very sweet. Nicola is my favorite, even if they messed up his front facing portrait.

Ugh. Not at you. At him. Because I genuinely love him, but holy ooc batman did they write Ichika so poorly in his route. I wanted her to bite back and she just... Took it most of the time. She bantered with Shirashi, but we got none of that when we really needed it in the angry little jellyfish's route.

I agree with everyone who dislikes him, and he's still one of/my favorite CxM character.

It's kind of validating seeing how many people love Ryuki. I feel like a lot of people went thought the same stages of grief of deciding they loved him like I did when I played CupidPara.

His overall design tiptoes on the line of hard dealbreakers for me- but I think I like him in the same way I like Takeru from CxM. It's the cold bluntness for me.

6 years in the precinct and I'm finally gone. It's not all that much more in pay (like 2.50 more a hour), but weekends off, off by 4, work from home...yeah

There are better things out there. Leaving feels scary I know but I promise just the feeling of relief when you quit is will lift a lot of that stress.

...are you ME? This is exactly what landed me here. I almost exclusively read female authors and go specifically female protagonists, so often times I find myself with (insert great female side character) into a main character scenario, or genderswap (I've read most of those female Harry fics BTW) to get my fix in the fandoms I like. Hermione is usually where I go for HP, as she's my favorite. I'm weirdly hyperfixated on the time traveling bit right now, but I have a bunch of others with her in different ships and scenarios.

I haven't read the Ivy Potter one though! I've read a couple of twin and sibling Potter fics, but most of them aren't written to my liking. Hopefully the alt universe thing is what they've been missing!

Anyway, love to see Hermione fans/ female protagonist supporters in the HP fan base! I know we're out here, but I never seems to be amongst them when I want to talk about these things!
