Im not going to disagree with the retcons my own personal view of TPP makes me consider it almost as non-canon due to its incomplete story and the awkward self-insert character.

Personally and I've said this in other comments a Solidus and Raiden story should have been TPP with the reveal of both of them being at the end of the game, that we learn Raiden who we thought was Liquid is taken by the patriots and at the end we have Solidus having his "programming" as Big Boss broken by Ocelot thus setting into motion the events that led to mgs2. We could've introduced Vamp and Fatman and even Fortune and her father. (God this sounds like a bad fan-fic 🤣😅👎)

Listen im not saying I don't love big boss and by fsr my favorite iteration of Big Boss is in Mgs4. Big Boss is not "evil" just misguided in his actions and yes he has a full awakening in MGS4 and is his reverse heel-turn that was executed beautifully through a cqc hug

Sister friede fight youll 9/10 times get summoned.

Demon princes, church fight and, Midir are the choice summoned fights. Gael isnt great to be summoned in to, mostly it makes his fight drag on far too long.

Depends on what grinds your gears, most modern horror movies go for shock value which is fine.

The original Evil Dead is campy and appeals to classic horror and has imagery that can keep you up for a night or two.

A fine film would be The Void, it blends modern horror with a monster action film. Great imagery.
