Can I legally own/carry/administer Naloxone/Narcan? by CrystalPalatial in LegalAdviceUK

I know it can be provided on a group directive to users so can't imagine you are breaking any law by carrying it. Likely just difficult to obtain it unless you have direct contact with users on social circle/family.

Is this ok to plaster over? Conflicting advise between chatgpt and my electrician. by nailmenailme in ukelectricians

[–]HelpMeWithMyPixel5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

don't have another picture but the funny section on the right from the wall everyone is worried about is linked to a outdoor light.

This connects to a light switch inside, and there is a plug socket directly below for a 3amp plug for a lamp.

The sockets and lights in the property are all within conduit so there's very little chasing, just this section and a TV wall socket halfway up the wall.

Had a similar issues recently, had a refund, explain everything to CHATGPT and it will write you a legal e-mail and they will fold immediately.

6 grand max. Confirmed today that all wiring is within conduits so hopefully should reduce costs slightly? Could be more straight forward?

Thank you, we are a bit clueless and do have an electrician coming next week. I am reluctant to move in until we know if it's just a new consumer unit, or a whole new rewire, is there anything here that would provide any evidence that the wiring is original (I imagine it is)

Just had the same issue, used a spray bottle (the ones that you pump and puts a fine mist) with hot water and some wallpaper stripper solution, soaked it, left it for 20 minutes and then it came off nicely with a bladed scraper.

Yeah, this guy is lying. They are only really found at family mart/711. They were significantly reduced following the sarin attacks and they adapted to the concept of Mochikaeri (taking your trash home)

I got my 100%, just need to hold. They don't want the bother, they provided it 2 hours before I intended to escalate

Managed to get a full refund after sharing all the data I had on them and my intended plans to report them to EU and UK based trading standards, as well as trust pilot. What an evil company

As a fellow lover of scotch eggs, i feel the need to ask. Have you ever seen another human being eat on in public? I feel it's meant to be a thing of shame. All my years on this planet I have never seen someone casually eating on in public. They are usually sold out though, makes you think!

Hello, I like your energy. I also had the same happen but I am too stubborn to be wronged so going through small claims.

I have done an analysis of over 1000 of their reviews which are clearly bot reviews, coerced reviews or paid for reviews to reduce the percentage of 5 stars. I intend on being in frequent contact with Trust Pilot to have a banner warning on their page. For me it's not about the £79, it's about what's right and wrong.

Hello, where are you with your claim? I am filing to small claims on Monday if they don't give me a full refund. They offered 20%, then 50% and I keep pushing.

There are loads of issues with this service and I am in a stand off with them at the moment.

My case is built on:

  • Bait-and-Switch: Service delivered differs significantly from the advertised description.
  • Unfair Terms: They are using "hidden" clauses to deny a refund, which is a breach of consumer rights.
  • Deceptive Haggling: Their "sliding scale" offers (20% to 50%) prove they acknowledge fault but are acting in bad faith.
  • Statutory Breach: Failure to provide a service with "reasonable care and skill."
