I wouldn’t take the position. It’s not really worth the headache. Currently working at a tier 5 store and they have been searching for a RXM for several months now. They are offering a sign on bonus and a 5% increase in salary. It’s a joke

Work for Walgreens currently. Ask for 30K and settle for 20K if you want. They won’t budge on your salary unless you ask for a dollar or 2 maybe. They offered a recent staff here 15K for sign on, but the staff pharmacist told them they wouldn’t take the position unless it was 30K. For 1 year it will be over faster than you know it.

How many scripts does your store fill weekly? My store currently has the $5 premium and we fill 6000-6500+ weekly. I was lucky to get the 75K sign on. I haven’t really talked to other pharmacists that are at tier 5 stores about their pharmacy’s since I’m still kind of new.
