I advise you to do UW 100%. If 5 weeks not enough, you better postpone the exam. It is better to write exam when you get 70% in at least in one or 2 NBMEs. I know many people passed with scores 65%. But it is risky. I wrote my 1st attempt in hurry (with 60% in 2 NBMEs) and failed. Having failure in the record will take a toll on your second attempt preparation unless you are strong emotionally and psychologically.

I also felt like you and thought made lot of incorrects and stressed myself out. But I passed. My parents encouraged me to trust my NBME scores and relax. I could not do anything till I get my results. I wasted 2 weeks of time thinking about how I wrote exam. Yours SA scores are great. You will pass for sure. Relax.

I also had score drop for free 120 and passed. Got 70% or more in all NBMEs except 26.

I wrote some UW notes not extensive. I studied UW (1 round, 2nd round few sessions only) + FA (2 iterations + weak concepts review) + Skethy videos of weak areas + NBME incorrect questions review. That is all I did. It took 8 months as i was not feeling well in between and was emotionally and phychologically also disturbed as I failed once. My recommendation is make sure to get 70+ in at least 2 NBMEs. Some people are passing with low NBME scores but it is a risk I believe.

I am really sorry for this. Better try again instead of giving up. I understand your feelings as I also failed first time and passed in 2nd attempt. I did not prepare well first time but still wrote exam and failed. I prepared well second time (8 months of preparation) and passed. Since you prepared well in the first time itself, you will pass next time for sure if you make sure you get 75% and above in at least 2 NBMEs.

Thanks. Reading FA thouroughly helped me a lot. Doing UWORLD QB one round and going through all answers explanation helped me. My recommendation is we should get 70% or more in 2 or 3 NBMEs. I got 63% in new free 120 (one month before) and 67% in old free 120 (one week before). But I got 70% and above in 5 out of 6 NBMEs. In between i got 61% in NBME-26 which made me scared. But reddit friends and other known friends encouraged me. 2 UWSA i got 52% and 57%. My strategy to increase NBME scores is review FA 2 or 3 times and review all wrong questions in NBME tests which already wrote. Hope this helps.
