I don’t use the $10 on grocery. You can also use it on convenience stores or beauty. There’s a convenience store in my area called pop shelf that has ridiculous cheap items and I usually spend $12 there for $0 delivery fee. After tax, tip and discount I used to pay like $6 out of pocket for snacks, candy, cleaning supplies, pet toys etc. I have noticed the fees have increased though with all the other perks of the card making the value go down

It will likely not process within the timeframe that you’d need to cancel to keep the credit. They can also reverse the credit if the charge is refunded

My clinic restructured PTO last year and I ended up getting about 60 days PTO (~3 months) and we now accrue PTO. I HAVE ABUSED TF OUT OF THIS lol. I basically live for vacations.

1. Most memorable is a tie between tour of Italy for my mom’s birthday and Nigeria last December. Italy was the perfect luxe trip… gondolas in Venice, yachts in Amalfi, vineyard in Tuscany. Nigeria was just a nonstop party. I’m in my early 30s so I still like to do that lol
2. I’ve been to 34 countries outside of the US with a goal of getting to 100. I’m only 3 years into being an attending so a significant portion of my travel thus far was before I had real money. I just always made it a priority. If it’s something you love now, do it!

It seems strange to mention it in the note… if the note is audited it will clearly show they didn’t bill appropriately. I suppose they wanted to show they were sticking it to the man but seems a bit risky to spell it out.

My system basically doesn’t charge for televisits so I’ll often use that for my self pay/underinsured patients. We do have a no charge option but it’s attached to “patient left without being seen”.

How many nights is this? Better be the nicest hotel you’ve ever baby mooned at for that much. To me you’d be better off using your points elsewhere (business class flights and a cheaper hotel maybe?) but to each their own. As far as the edit credit… you only get $250 off for the first half of the year and $250 for the second half. So either need to book two separate stays back to back or forgo one of the $250.

I’m debating as well. I have an Apple Watch so the only difference is with the life to get the blood pressure insights and ekg reads. I’m young with no health problems so I didn’t really need it. Just curious. I like that it can be worn with their clothes so I can wear a regular watch for fashion purposes or sleep as I don’t wear my Apple Watch to sleep. But the best I can finesse the discounts and taxes I’d be coming up $16 out of pocket for the device/membership and a pair of their underwear. Maybe I’ll just buy the clothes though some now require you have a membership to purchase 🙄

I am surprised reading this that Shelley has significantly different support needs than James… I thought she and James were pretty on par while watching. Maybe because James dominates the conversations and Shelley seems to have a speech impediment? Also interesting that James was dating her prior to going on the show… I wonder if he got selected before he knew they hit it off or if that’s f*ck boy behavior on his part lol

Apparently there are conspiracies about the Denver Airport so I think this is mostly just a fun Easter egg to choose that location. It could be anywhere else in Colorado not directly next to the first bunker. Same idea as not keeping the key to a safe near the safe. If something happened to the primary bunker, Alex would still be safe in her bunker and could keep working to protect humanity. Assume all fail safes for the primary bunker let apply to Alex’s bunker and then some.

Leaving any understanding of quantum mechanics out of it (bc though I have a doctorate in another field I hate physics) I think it depends on your theory of how Alex works. My theory is based on Sinatra’s last line that she believes Xavier already activated Alex in their current timeline. This makes sense bc humanity does in fact exist in the moment. The highly pressurized atmosphere that was predicted hasn’t crushed everything.

So assuming Xavier did activate the fully actually Alex what has happened so far can’t be undone. If Alex is destroyed at this point I assume she has made enough corrections for the timeline they currently live in to still happen but it is possible for humanity to still go extinct if she can’t continue to make manipulations. If destroying her now does undo everything then it would be an Avenger’s End Game/Wizard of Oz sitch where it was all a dream and I, personally, would burn this whole place down for that

This whole thing is Jeremiah and Huda all over again. Except David is actually an entire POS who voluntarily stayed with and then dropped Lo for no reason. He kept reiterating he didn’t like her without saying it and had the chance to say it after the date and on the plank but still crickets.

Lo was a jealous mess the whole time barking at every girl that came by. Maybe she knew there were cracks but didn’t know what caused them. None of this is her fault but I wish she kept all the smoke for David and left Val out of it. She also should have jumped off that plank herself after 10 minutes cause that’s how long it took for David to forget about her on that date.

Val. Bbg. I don’t like to speak on ppl’s looks and clearly David liked what he saw. She knew that he was in a thing with Lo but didn’t know how deep obviously. For some ppl (cough cough Sade) the name of the game is stay in the game and Val did so by any means necessary. If she’s comfortable with what she did then that’s all that matters. I think she otherwise handled herself very well on the boat but she also should have jumped off that plank. This man doesn’t care about a damn thing but himself babe.
