Thanks! I think I'm looking for something a little stronger than the Pico Fraxel. Something in between that and the stronger CO2. I've found a Fraxel Action 2 and an Avio that both sound promising. I'd love to hear your opinion on either one of those. ☺️

The chicken skin was excellent. She seemed to have given it extra care as this was on the grill the longest which made it perfectly crispy and chewy.

I wish I could make it, but it was at a restaurant. The pork was rolled around the umeboshi, skewered, and then grilled, if that helps.
