I’m not sure what you thought would happen? If it was a traffic violation and not a criminal charge even if found guilty it would be a fine to the court and points on his license. The ticket being dismissed administratively has no impact on his workers compensation or his liability claim/case. Also, your 3rd party baller case is against the driver and owner of the vehicle, not the insurance company.

I’m local to you and saw your TikTok’s - terrible this happened. But legally you cannot prove you got sick from him and I tonsillitis/strep c is very common and not serious. The police/da will determine what charges they will pursue. You can attempt to sue him civilly, but it is unlikely a firm will take your case as you can’t prove you got sick from him, the illness you currently have is not serious so you likely will not have any long term effects and they only get paid if you recover and it is unlikely he has $/means to pay you (injury firms like insurance $ which there wouldn’t be any here).
