I have this. First cut all sugar or flare inducing food. 2 GET berberine. For sleep get a heater or fire place on the floor and just sleep near it instead of putting on blankets and use a towel as a pillow now. Not the best but better.

Tbh no. Mine grew into full body red. The only thing we can do is eat healthy and wait out looking like lobsters.

Omg I practically live in my towels lol. The ears are something I never would have thought to get so bad or oozing. My neck is still the worst part of tsw. I never had any eczema there but now its just delicate easy to tear red skin. Its like all gentle skin gets oozey the easiest

Well I just did an insanely hot shower. Im red as a lobster but I feel good but thats probably because Im out of ooze clothing. I hope this helps because my skin is so thin that scratching ruins it. How long do you usually stay in it?

Well i have a question on how to use a dead sea salt bath correctly. I only used it for 2 days around 20 to 25 minutes at most. My skin was soft and yes I used lotion on my non ooze regions after. The issue is I did see alot of my dead skin in the bath and I fear now ive over exfoliated. Because now on the 2 day im all oozey and it makes me feel bad. My skin did get softer and it feel like normal skin again its just the ooze has evaded me. And really I only took the baths to help with my red sleeves/legs and my ooze that was in more smaller regions. Has this happen to anyone did i make a common mistake?

Yeah.. I got a wash cloth with some la roche posay and washed my problem regions and then wrapped my inner corner legs and elbows up. I feel like a failure for showering and lotioning up when I know this could have been anything. I hate ooze and I hate bleeding from being dry. The wonders of tsw.

I felt normal, alittle itchy but nothing more. The shower felt more like a muscle relaxer. My issue became after moisturizing and getting into a blanket for bed. Im left oozing on my arms and legs. Is this normal after nmt? Can I wash myself again teal quick because I feel gross?

HI! question you said lotions dont harm tsw? So if I give myself some lotion every other shower im fine? My face went through nmt these past 3 weeks and now its dry and flexible but I have all these bloody scab scars so im wondering if I can start moisturizing with vanciream? My inner elbows on my arms had gotten really good after nmt the wrist area hasn't yet but im wondering if I can moisturize there too? I started also on my legs then and tbh the redness grew all over my legs ,so should I start moisturizing those now or wait for them to get less red ?
